This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

There is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with any house rules will result to forfeit of the entire security deposit.
